SimplrProject is a simple and effective project management tool designed to help individuals and small teams stay organized and productive.

Using SimplrProject

SimplrProject allows collaboration with other users using the project sharing feature.

If you’ve been invited to a project, you can accept or decline a sharing link by doing the following.

1. Log into SimplrProject

2. Go to ‘Invites’ on the top navigation

3. Any project invites you have will show in a list and can be accepted/rejected

4. Once an invite has been accepted, you’ll see the project listed under the ‘Your Projects’ list

If a project is no longer required, it can be deleted from SimplrProject so it doesn’t show in the ‘Your Project’s’ view.

To delete a project, click into the project and then click ‘Delete Project’

Once you have confirmed the project can be deleted, it will be permanently deleted from the platform including the tasks.

Note – A deleted project cannot be recovered. If you are a member of a project, you cannot delete it, only the owner can delete a project.

We will soon be adding a feature to archive projects rather than deleting them.

Tasks can be moved between sections on SimplrProject.

This can be useful if a task is added by mistake to the wrong section or a task has now moved to a later stage of your project.

To move a task, click and hold the 3 lines next to the task title. You can then drag and drop the task to the desired section.

Sections on SimplrProject can be rearranged depending on your requirements

To move a section, simply drag and drop an entire section to where you’d like it to go.

All tasks within the section will automatically move within the section and keep the order they are in.

Collapsing a section before moving it is advised if you have a lot of tasks but is not required

Projects can be shared with other users on SimplrProject to allow collaboration.

1. Go to ‘Share Project’

2. Change the dropdown to the project you’d like to share with another user

3. Enter the user on SimplrProject which you’d like to share the project with

4. Click Share Project

Note – Users who are a member of a project can only edit tasks and the project name. Users who are a member cannot delete a project as this has to be done by the project owner
